Client Complaint Process




  1. What can a complaint be lodged about?

    Any dissatisfaction relating to products and/or services provided by Legacy Nominees.
  1. Lodging a complaint.
    • Please lodge a complaint in writing to Legacy Nominees, addressed to the Key Individual, Barry Pogrund, using any of the following methods:

      Hand Deliver to the physical address:

      • The client complaint must contain the following:
        • Name and surname
        • Account number/s
        • ID number
        • Contact Details, ie postal address, telephone number/s, Email address
        • Product Supplier
        • Brief detail of the complaint
      • Upon receipt of the above-mentioned information, you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint.
      • Where possible, Legacy Nominees will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 15 days of receipt.
      • A full record of each complaint received, and all subsequent correspondence will be kept on record by Legacy Nominees for the period as prescribed by legislation.
  1. If you are not satisfied with the result of your complaint.

    Should Legacy Nominees not have resolved the complaint to your satisfaction you have the right to complain to the FAIS Ombudsman, who acts independently and objectively, as set out below:
